When you request a custom part from us, we get in contact with you to go over the specifics. This varies depending on several factors, including the part itself, though generally, we will organise a sample of the product or dimensions and photos as well as an idea of quantities and the time frame required.

Due to its custom nature, the length of time your part will take to get to you will vary. In general, it may take anywhere from six weeks to six months.
