While we use reliable transport to ensure the fastest possible delivery, this doesn’t mean we sacrifice quality. We’ve proudly partnered with specialist quality BORON steel manufacturers LaPina, based in Spain, and Eurozappa, from Italy, to bring you the highest quality parts possible.

Sometimes an ordered part doesn’t fit or doesn’t fulfil what you needed it to. ASP will happily exchange your purchase if:

  • The product is returned within 14 days of purchase (goods returned after this period may be considered for exchange but will incur a restocking fee);
  • The product has not been used;
  • The product and packaging are in original condition; 
  • Freight costs will not be incurred by ASP Components; and
  • You have your original receipt.

Please note that we will not exchange any ‘special orders’ or ‘parts’ that you may have ordered in or products not normally stocked by ASP Components.

Rarely, a product may be defective or faulty. In the off chance this happens, you are entitled to a refund if the goods purchased:

  • Are defective or faulty; or
  • Are significantly different from the description or sample we provided; or
  • Do not do what they are supposed to do.

Provided that you stopped using the goods and returned them within a reasonable time and you can show us proof of purchase (copy of the original invoice). Please note that, if necessary, products may be sent to the manufacturer/independent body for assessment to determine if they are faulty.

ASP Components provides a 3-month ‘Replacement Parts Warranty’ against defects in material and workmanship (from the date of purchase). Warranty is subject to normal wear and tear.

Incorrect parts, shortages, overage & damaged goods must be reported within 24 hours of receipt. All external damages should be reported to the carrier and noted on the delivery/ shipping document when signing for goods.

Please check that the correct number of parcels has been received before signing the receipt of goods.
